What business portraits are used for
Website and team page
A team looks like a team when everyone stands in the same light in front of the same background. From three people there is a 20% group discount, in the studio or at your place.
LinkedIn, Xing and other profiles
The profile picture is often the first impression, and it is shown small. So head, shoulders and gaze count for more than anything around them. Crops for LinkedIn and Xing are included in the Exclusive package.
Press, talks, publications
Press releases, conference programmes and author pages need a picture that also holds up in print and that you can keep using for years.
Self-employed and personal branding
When you appear on your own, you are the face of the offer. A business portrait belongs on the website, the business card, the proposal folder and the profiles, ideally the same picture everywhere.
How a business portrait session works
You do not need to know how to stand in front of a camera. The process takes care of that.
A short talk beforehand
What is the picture for, in which formats, what impression should it make? Two, three minutes, ideally before the appointment.
Location and outfit
In the studio at Riegeler Straße 2, or at your company. Together we look at what you brought and choose what works in front of the camera.
Shooting with direction
For every shot we tell you what to do: head, shoulders, gaze. You do not need to know how to pose.
Selection on screen
The shots are viewed straight away. You decide which pictures get retouched.
Retouching and delivery
Natural retouching where skin stays skin. The finished pictures arrive digitally, as express within two hours if you wish (€50 per image).
Preparation: clothing, background, formats
Dress as for a client meeting
Wear what you would wear to an important client meeting. Muted tones such as navy, grey or white carry furthest; fine patterns shimmer when scaled down. Bring two outfits, one more formal, one a step below.
For teams: one frame for everyone
Decide beforehand what should be uniform: background, framing, dress style. That way the pictures sit side by side on a team page.
Name the formats in advance
Do you need the pictures upright or landscape, with space for text or close on the face? Say so in the preliminary talk. It is then considered while shooting rather than cropped afterwards.
Groomed, not new
Do not try a new haircut or new make-up the day before.

Scope and prices
All prices are final prices: as a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT.
